i bought these clubs from local golf shop down in sandown as i arrived i was torn between the di9s and the mizuno mx 200s i noticed the di9s in sale they have knocked 5 strokes of my game if you fancy buying any clubs i highly recomend buying these.

I bought my set from American Golf, Crewe in May this year and have been fantastically pleased with them. They have certainly added up to 10 yards extra to my shots compared to my previous set and are much more predicatble direction-wise given my level of ability. They also look the part and are excellent value for money. I changed the grips for some Golf Pride ones as I didn't like the standard grips (and my hand size means I need midsize grips anyway), but that is a very minor quibble. They also look better that the Di7s and from what I have seen so far, the Di11s as well. Money very well spent.

I have come back to golf after a long break away from it. Now I can afford to have a custom set, i arranged to go down to the Plymouth Elberton branch. The service was great, no pressure to buy, had loads of time for me, gave me really honest feedback and advice. After trying 4 sets of clubs, I just kept coming back to the Di9's. They felt great, really instilled confidence in me (really important for 28+ handicapper). The best thing though was that although I was prepared to wait for my clubs to be custom made by the manufacturer, the Di9's are about half an inch longer than many standard clubs anyway and at 6ft 3, that's what I needed, so i took them straight off the display and walked out with them there and then! Really pleased with the clubs and American Golf.

Im a high handicapper and wanted some new clubs after using my starter set for the last 4 years and playing golf more and more.
The bloke at american golf in lakeside spent lots of time trying different clubs with me on the machine before finally handing me the di9 and i was hitting consistently every time (i had my eye on the x-22's). These clubs came in under budget and i dropped 5 shots of my first round with them couldnt be happier.

Having recently returned to Golf after about 10 years and trying to hit the old clubs out the cupboard, I decided to buy new clubs and after reading many magazines and searching the internet and reading many, many reviews into the wee small hours, I decided on trying these and about 4 other brand names on the range at American Golf in East Kilbride. These were not my first choice, wanted the Callaway X-22, but boy were these the business, the best and the straightest after 10 years of not having a good walk spoilt hitting straight helps and these are great so much so I have Wilson drivers/woods and wedge in a Wilson bag.
As they say in Top Gear,''Some say he's sponsered by Wilson but all we know is he can hit the wee white ball straight and far''........great clubs for the novice, recommend these.

Went onto AG near Meadowhall, tried several club sets including Callaway X-20, instantly went for the Di9 as every shot came off the same place on the club and the feel was excellent.
Went out and played a full round a couple of days later and my score equalled best score. Have played several rounds since and have consistently hit the irons very well off the fairways and the tee. Am achieving a club better in distance and instead of using fairway woods, which I used all the time on Par 4 / 5's, I now use the irons and the results are great every time.

these irons are quality kit ive had them in the bag since they came ut and have not regreted anything about them, incredible feel very good looking great distance can hit the 4 iron as far as my hybrid which is around 250 yards im a scratch plyers now and will continue using these irons until the day i die i recomend these to every one i wert to keen on buying wilson clubs until my friend purchased a individual iron of this model ad played with it really well i recomend the cubs for lower handicappers 0-10 handicap

Visited Steve down at Plymouth American Golf and purchased a set of Di9 irons. We tried a number of clubs but as a high handicapper these irons felt great. My game has improved as a consequence. The improvement and consistency of my shots has increased my enjoyment of the game no end. Many thanks to Steve and his team for a great deal and some useful tips.

Changed from DI7's to these. The di9 are a great set.
You get great feel from these irons, they are very long,straight and forgiving. You can work the ball easily and create great spin when wanted. The fat shafts do help the off centre hits, and help from heavy rough.
Well worth a try over the more expensive Brands.

Purchasing a new set of clubs is something that requires a lot of thought. I had previously played with a set of Macgregor irons. I considered my options and considered going with Nike or Callaway. Due to the success of the Di7s, I decided to go with the Di9s. I am confident I made the right decision. My game has improved and if I do hit a bad shot it is down to me and not the clubs. They feel great and after one round of adapting to my new clubs, I have never looked back.
I would advise anyone to go with these clubs. They can't be sniffed at for £350. 4 iron through to SW. Great value for money and most of all a quality set.

I had saved up for a couple of months and walked into American golf in Cardiff like a kid in a candy shop. With money not really an issue I asked the guys too show me what's what and too my surprise I was invited too try most if not all in the nets too see how I hit ,which ones felt better and of course looked the part. Now apart from having a lot of fun as soon as I picked up the di9's just seemed I was hitting everything nice and with a Cheshire cat smile the pro new I was set so he measured me up and got them on order they were there in 7 days.Stright away my handicap came down with ease.
These clubs look the part, feel the part and have that wow factor must buy for anyone at any stage in the golfing age .The price is good and i had enough for a new putter so thank you to the guys at caridff american golf
